Where is my progress?
On your device only. There is no account, so progress does not move to a new phone by itself, and deleting the app removes it.
The "Watch" button says N/A
An ad is not ready yet. Wait a moment and keep the game open with an internet connection; the next ad loads in the background. Ads fill less often at the very start and in some regions.
I watched an ad and got no reward
The reward is paid only when the ad plays to the end. If you closed it early, no reward is given.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles payment, purchase history and refunds. Use "Report a Problem" at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore VIP or Ad-Free on a new device, open the shop and tap Restore.
Change my ad choices
Open Settings in the game and tap "Ad privacy choices" (shown where the law requires it), or change tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
